The Gamer Xtreme 4000SE is built into a Corsair Obsidian-series chassis, which is a black-painted tower with a windowed side panel. Cyberpower has saved a few bucks by not lighting the inside of the case, but it's still fairly easy to see inside and view the components, the clean cable routing, and the plenty of room you have for future expansion. You can add up to two PCI cards, two PCI Express (PCIe) x16 graphics cards, a PCIe x1 card, two more DIMMs, and up to four hard drives and three optical drives, although there are only two SATA ports free on the motherboard for them. The available internal hard drive bays use tool-less sleds, so it's easy to pop in new drives as warranted. In addition, there's an external SATA drive bay in the top of the chassis so you can slot in a 2.5- or 3.5-inch internal hard drive without opening the case
