The new store is located on Meiji Dori between Harajuku and Shibuya, not far from the Hysteric Glamour shop. The new store is designed with red brick on the outside to make it look like a New York building. Inside, the store stocks lots and lots of “Made in America” leather jackets – from classic motorcycle racer jackets, to Schott Perfecto rocker jackets loved by bands like the Ramones and Guitar Wolf, to limited edition and exclusive Japan-only models. If you’re interested in checking out the new Schott NYC Tokyo store, it’s open for business as of 11:30 am September 11, 2009.In September 2009 Schott NYC has opened their first Tokyo Japan flagship store. Next to the classic and Perfecto collections, Schott NYC has produced an exclusive line of jackets for the Japanese market. Different plaid colorways were mixed up on some pieces, but overall they of course stay true to their classic silhouettes and style.
